VIBRATIONAL THERAPY
Dien Chan Zone Facial Reflexology
A calming and highly effective therapy which works to help activate your bodies own self healing potential. We can work with an endless list of symptoms such as sore muscles, headaches, digestive problems, female reproductive issues, mental health conditions & skin conditions to name just a few. This therapy can induce a very deep level of relaxation - most of my clients say they have not experienced anything like it before.
By stimulating specific points and zones on the face that correspond to specific organs and systems in the body, we can help to reduce unwanted symptoms and help to create balance and harmony energetically. This vibrational therapy works with the nervous system to encourage the movement of blocked or stagnant energy, and therefore increase the flow and ease of energy to help restore holistic wellbeing.
At the start of the treatment I will carry out a full consultation so that we can together establish the best area/system to work on.
While lying down on the massage bed under cozy blankets - fully clothed, I will establish a connection and place my hands on your head. Using a smooth and calming pointer tool I will work with a specific sequence to calm and soften the mind, and then move onto the area of focus.
At the end of the treatment I will provide you with a personalized face map to empower you to be able to work on yourself. An offering of autonomy to be able to easy your symptoms yourself for 21 days, and thereafter.

The 3 Centres Ritual
Attention & presence in reverence, towards the energy centres of the head, heart & womb. Weaving mind stilling Indian head massage, soothing massage, deeply calming Dien Chan Zone Facial Reflexology and softening energy healing to help connect and balance these potent energy points. This treatment may help to create a subtle shift in your being towards harmony, creativity, alignment, intuition or sensing a deeper spiritual connection.

REIKI HEALING
A Reiki session can bring forth an opportunity to connect to your true sacred essence, an essence that is beyond the labels, judgements and personality.
Within the layers of our subtle energy body there is a fountain of information, & Reiki is a natural spiritual energy that can promote regenerative self healing within this energetic field to nurture our whole being towards peace and ease.
During your session I will be intuitively guided to place my hands on areas of your body that require loving attention.
Upon completing my Reiki 2 course I am now working towards my Professional Reiki Practitioner Certification, and I am a registered member of the Reiki federation.
In person treatments are available when booked with any other treatment while I am offering student prices.

FACIALS
Flow and Glow Ritual Facial
This facial combines everything required to help you gain a healthy glowing complexion, whilst also helping you to melt into an energetic state that feels effortless and nourishing.
Using the power of massage, ritual and the highest of intentions I will help to create and hold a space where you can calm your mind, soften your body and you may even gain intuitive insights from your higher self. This facial includes massage to focus on the third eye with a chakra oil infused with Lapis Lazuli.
I will be using organic, wild harvested and crystal infused skincare products which are non toxic and have all been created with wild passion and love. These plant based products will also help to enhance your skins microbiome to improve skin harmony and health. The brands I use are Living Libations, Marie Reynolds, Mauli & Neals Yard.

Glow or Flow Skin Massage
This is a bespoke massage based facial where I can create what is needed for your skin, your desires or your energetic wellbeing. I can focus on massage to reduce tension, improve lymphatic drainage, or just relaxation - it’s up to you.

Reset and Restore Full Body Massage
A calming and soothing tension melting massage to address your everyday stresses, aches and discomforts for the whole body. This also includes pressure point massage for the face. I will be using a variety of rhythmic massage techniques to help address your concerns and to improve energetic flow, leaving you feeling grounded and restored.

An effective treatment that is based on the ancient Ayurvedic system of healing. This relaxing ritual includes massage of the shoulders, neck, scalp, ears and face, which has numerous benefits for the health of the mind, body and spirit.
